Eyes Wide Open

In Eyes Wide Open in the Town of Wake, your party finds itself in the midst of a desperate town, ensnared by an inexplicable plague where sleep means death. Rich Narrative And Evolving Lore
Our adventures are crafted with an eye for detail, possibility and lore. Our average adventure stands at 100 pages long, with 50+ of these being story related. More than mere standalone adventures, these can be played as a one-off for as part of an ongoing saga in which future adventures add to the lore, build off of the previous ones and tie together in a satisfying way. Volume 1 sets the stage for the world and Volume 2 begins introducing pivotal lore to our world. With 10 of these volumes planned and a whole world to be explored, we are confident you will find something you love in our Chronicles Of Lost Sagas.

Soleanna can be a dangerous place, but it is also full of beauty, wonders and history the likes of which has never been seen. Our adventures will take you through the world, one region at a time, helping you build a sense of the world as it is and what it once was.

From Shady, the ever helpful black market trader to The Sect, a powerful cult bent of world domination, you're sure to find a whole host of possible friendly and adversial NPCs your party will love.
All encounters are taken care of, too! Find enemy information and recommended encounter sizes in the Appendix, scaled for 1-8 players level of any level.

GM Friendly
We pride ourselves in creating adventures that are packed with detail and possibilities. As a new GM, I often found ready made adventures assumed a level of prior knowledge, lacked enough detail to be supportive or simply were too short. We've designed these adventures to provide ample detail of every location and NPC to help the GM immerse their players into the world and the story. With this, it's suitable for a new GM as well as masters of their craft. We've added Roll-Based Outcomes for the areas explored to account for many of the possible investigations and actions players may wish to make, allowing the party to uncover completely original items along the way or dishing out punishing consequences for failures, all while saving the GM precious prep-time. Our Adventures are also packed with GM info boxes along the way to ensure the GM knows what is happening at each step, and to alert you to what the party needs to know. Each adventure begins with a summary of the adventure, steps needed to be taken and a handy checklist to keep track of essential and optional outcomes.

Innovative Ideas
As we create our adventures we always look for ideas that could push the adventure even further To that end we have some rather fun and unique mechanics to look forward to in these adventures.
- 'Horde Mode' breathes life into the tired Zombie trope, adding a real sense of threat to a horde of enemies. Scaled by level and number of players, the GM has a ready-made wave system for Hordes of enemies, as well as a much more difficult option if needed.
- 'Lines Of Enquiry' and our 'Clue Tracker' give our adventures a fresh take on the classic whodunnit murder mystery, allowing the GM to track their progress and over fresh insights on subsequent visits to NPCs.
- Haunting Encounters are the backbone of The Forgotten House, and we are proud of the sense of terror we've brought to the adventure.
- Our 'Exhaustion System' adds a true sense of urgency in Eyes Wide Open and really pushes the bar for managing consequences with exhaustion.
